Fundraising Intern

Project:

Scope for Change is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals and communities through sustainable development projects. We work on a variety of social and environmental initiatives, striving to create positive change in the world. Our team is passionate, dedicated, and driven by a shared commitment to making a difference. Our projects are focused on education, women empowerment, the environment, social well-being, and health.

Flagship Project “Hamein Padhao Hamein Badhao“: SFC is making a profound impact on lives through education by providing underserved communities with access to quality learning opportunities. By establishing learning centers and educational programs in marginalized areas, they are breaking the cycle of poverty and empowering individuals to shape their own futures. Through their holistic approach, Scope for Change is equipping students with essential skills and knowledge, transforming their lives and opening doors to endless possibilities.

Responsibilities:

Assist in researching and identifying potential donors, sponsors, and funding opportunities
Assist in organizing fundraising events and campaigns
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement innovative fundraising strategies
Help maintain donor databases and records
Contribute to social media and marketing initiatives to enhance fundraising efforts

Requirements:

Excellent social media content writing and communication skills
Excellence in English communication
Familiar with Canva and knows how to work on PPT
Familiar with Google Sheets
Demonstrated creativity and the ability to think outside the box

Stipend structure:

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (20% of funds raised). There are slabs for getting various benefits.

Social Media Marketing

Project:

Responsibilities:

Work on social media campaigning – study our ongoing projects campaigning on social media
Approach social media influencers
Enhance brand awareness digitally
Use social media marketing tools
Create social media graphics and gifs (using Adobe, Canva, etc.)
Identify and share new social media features, trends, and opportunities
Liking, commenting, and sharing our posts across different channels
Create engaging posts with compelling content for our posts
Raise funds for the project

Requirements:

Excellent knowledge of at least 3 platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook & Pinterest)
Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of the selected platforms
Excellent social media content writing and communication skills
Excellence in English communication
Familiar with Canva and knows how to work on PPT
Familiar with Google Sheets
Demonstrated creativity and the ability to think outside the box

Supporting educators and underprivileged children at our Delhi, Gurgaon Centers & Clusters.
Conducting field visits to raise awareness and engage with students’ parents.
Creating posters and graphics using Canva to promote our causes.
Generating new inquiries and covering their stories.
Organizing fundraising activities and generating funds.
Enhancing our social media presence through engaging posts and expanding our follower community.
Managing our digital brand reputation.
Submitting a report on completion.

Requirements:

Passion for bringing a change
They need to be dedicated
They should be able to teach in person
They should really care about helping others
The candidate should be based in Delhi or Gurugram
They should have knowledge of Canva and other Video making softwares
They should be active of main social media platforms

Attending online meetings.
Helping us with volunteering during our events.

Project:

Responsibilities:

Working from our West Delhi Centers from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
Teaching students from 3 PM to 6 PM and other times will be for office support and data management
Supporting in social media promotions and activities
Fundraising for the projects
Supporting in events in Delhi/NCR
Creating posters and graphics using Canva to promote our causes.
Making videos related to our causes.
Attending online meetings.
Submitting a report on completion.

Skills Required:

Knowledge of basic academic subjects like English, Science, Maths, Economics, Business Studies, Accounts
Knowledge of Computers
Social Media Marketing

Requirements:

The candidate should be based in Delhi/Gurgaon
