Job Description!

  • Responsible for overall supervision of the project activities.
  • Design and executes project work plans to meet the goals and objective of the project.
  • Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
  • Responsible for planning, program design, and to ensure its proper implementation at the field level.
  • Monitoring visits to field and to provide technical support to field volunteers.
  • Outreach to schools and NGOs.
  • Documenting and analysing data on the programmes.
  • Following up with schools/ NGOs/ communities on developments after the intervention.
  • Conducting research in relation to Project’s programmes.
  • Preparation of reports and presentations on the programmes for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Responsible for ensuring the schedule, budget and details of a given task are well organized.
  • Communicate with various departments to keep everyone on board about any changes to the project plan.
  • Leading fundraising team for the project and guiding on new sources of support.

Requirements:

  • Preferred Education Qualification / Experience: Any graduate or postgraduate.
  • MSW, BSW or social work related qualification is preferable.
  • 2-3 years experience in similar profile is preferable.
  • Candidates with volunteering experience in Scope For Change or similar organizations will be preferred

Job Description!

  • Depending on the organization and its needs, there can be field work like visiting to slum areas, communities for various projects.
  • Talking to beneficiaries and understanding their problems
  • Fundraising through various events, social media and other promotional activities
  • Handle organizational clerical support tasks include organizing files
  • Scheduling appointments, receiving guests and similar office assistance
  • Maintaining proper records of the visitors, admissions, stationary along with other stuff.

Requirements:

  • Preferred Education Qualification / Experience: Graduate
  • 1-2 years of experience in field work with NGOs is preferable
  • Candidates who have worked in marketing roles will be given preference
  • Reports, monitoring, maintaining proper data.
  • Candidates with volunteering experience in Scope For Change or similar organizations will be preferred

Job Description!

  • Explain to the donors about Scope For Change and its projects to raise funds.
  • Resolving donors queries.
  • Identifying prospects, building and maintaining a pipeline to grow donor partnerships.
  • Establish positive professional relationship with donors.
  • Working on permissions at Mall and Corporates in Delhi/NCR
  • Performing prospect research and maintaining a database of prospects.
  • Cold outreach to HNIs and Educational Institutes for retail fundraising.
  • Reaching out to organizations for CSR related initiatives.
  • Managing business development communication funnels for HNIs, Organizations & Educational Institutes, including sharing beneficiary/impact updates.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Creativity and attention to detail in written communication
  • Ability to take ownership of routine tasks
  • Ability to set priorities, multi-task, plan work, and close commitments
  • Ability to collate information from various sources
